Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order and return the original product following our return guidelines.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of sending a replacement at no additional cost.
